What we collect

Your account details (handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk), and the job, material, labor and payment information you enter into Mudroom.

Receipt and document scanning

When you scan a receipt, estimate or invoice, the photo is sent to OpenAI to read the text. We do not store the photo after the scan finishes.

If someone on your team sends a receipt photo to the boss for review, that photo is stored in a private folder that only your company's admins can open. It is deleted 30 days after the admin approves it, or right away if the admin rejects it. These photos are not used for anything else.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in our database (Supabase) and is only visible to your own account. We do not sell your data.
